Our Story
A.C. ELECTROLYSIS LIMITED was established in 2019 to provide advanced and bespoke solutions for the complex problems of modern power systems. The team comprises engineering entrepreneurs and innovators whose primary objective is to be bridge the gap between academic research and industry.
Our name and brand pay tribute to the fundamentals of electricity - The word "electrolysis" was introduced by Michael Faraday in the 19th century, on the suggestion of the Rev. William Whewell, using the Greek words ἤλεκτρον [ɛ̌ːlektron] "amber", which since the 17th century was associated with electrical phenomena, and λύσις [lýsis] meaning "dissolution".
Our vision is to be the leading engineering consultancy company, offering state of the art EMI solutions and driving sustainability in the power industry. We are redefining the expectations of engineering consultancy.
